I used George back in 2012 to purchase my home... When it came time to finally sell I went back to George because of the amazing service he provided me back then and I was not disappointed! George helped me throughout the entire process in understanding what needed to be fixed up before the house was on the market. Once the house was on the market George sent me updates almost daily on the upcoming showings. He gave advice on what to do with the different offers that came in and once we finally accepted an offer he supported me throughout the process up until closing. This included being at the house when I couldn't be to let contractors or inspectors in to providing me with all the different documentation that I needed to sign and giving guidance on how to sign it. In addition to all of this, when I needed someone to fix something or help with moving, he always had someone in his phone that I could call to hire. Everyone that George recommended me to was also very professional and would provide the service at a very reasonable price. All in all I highly recommend George and if I could I would use him for all of my real estate needs!
